The Museum collection has been created in close cooperation with The Palekh State Art Museum in strict compliance with special license agreement. The license grants DUHANIN access to the Museum vaults that preserve more than 2,500 masterpieces created by old masters during the first half of last century. These artworks are priceless monuments of the Russian lacquer miniature and best examples of Palekh painting school. Some of the most prominent museum pieces have been reproduced by the DUHANIN masters in a limited edition, up to 100 items.

The project gives collectors and art lovers an opportunity to cherish legendary pieces of art and to create own collection of licensed reproductions. All limited edition boxes go through a thorough inspection of the Arts Council Board and the Museum Commission. After being approved, they obtain exclusive right to bear trademarks of The Palekh State Art Museum and the DUHANIN workshop.
